We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Contact data (name, email, phone number) when booking a demo
• Call data (timestamp, duration, transcript) when using CallPilot AI
• CRM data (customer information, appointment bookings) as part of the service
• Technical data (IP address, browser, device) when visiting the website
• Payment data (via Stripe — we do not store card data)

3. Purpose of data processing

• Provision of the CallPilot AI service (call processing, appointment booking, lead qualification)
• Customer communication and support
• Invoicing and contract fulfillment
• Improvement of our AI models (only with explicit consent)
• Compliance with legal obligations

4. Legal basis

• Contract fulfillment (nDSG Art. 6 para. 2)
• Legitimate interests (nDSG Art. 6 para. 3)
• Consent (nDSG Art. 6 para. 1) — revocable at any time

5. Data storage & deletion

Data is stored in Switzerland (Hetzner Datacenter, Falkenstein/DE with CH contract). Call transcripts: 90 days. CRM data: contract duration + 10 years (accounting obligation). Demo requests: 2 years.

• Stripe (payment processing) — USA, SCCs
• Hetzner (hosting) — DE/CH
• OpenAI / NVIDIA (AI processing) — USA, SCCs
• Twilio (telephony) — USA, SCCs
• No disclosure for advertising purposes
